Baking bread is a great way to add variety to your meals. Breads can be paired with just about any type of meal and there are so many different recipes out there you’re sure to find one that you’ll fall in love with! There’s no need to spend an arm and a leg in the grocery store, which is really important when you’re on a tight budget. I’m going to share with you some great baking bread recipes that you can get for free from the internet.

Fav Dishes

A slice of pizza

One of my all time favorite recipes is called French Macaroni and Cheese. It makes a delicious and easy snack for dinner. All you need for this awesome recipe is macaroni, cheese, vegetable chunks, bread crumbs, and a few drops of mustard. This bread really doesn’t need a lot of ingredients; it’s all pretty much ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen! I like to use Jarred tomatoes in my macaroni and cheese recipe because they have a nice fresh flavor to them. You can also add some chopped and cooked ham or smoked turkey if you want to.

If you want something that has a nutty taste, then roasted grain bread would be perfect for you. Roasted grains such as barley or quinoa make a nice change to the standard white bread that we all love. They have a very rich flavor and are very tasty when eaten alone as well.

A pile of fries

If you enjoy peanut butter, then a trail mix sandwich would be absolutely amazing for you. Just take a handful of the mix and put it in your mouth and chew it thoroughly. It will have a very rich nutty taste to it and will have you wanting more. The same goes for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich that you can make.

Did you know that there’s also a peanut butter cookie recipe out there that you can try? The only difference is that it has chopped nuts instead of peanuts. You can even substitute walnuts or pecans for the nuts in the recipe. This is a great way to get a delicious snack on those days where you just don’t feel like eating bread.

You can also make a toasted sandwich for people that are afraid of bread. All you need is some bread to provide the bread base. Then, use some toasted sandwich spread and some butter. You’re almost done!

Of course, you should always have some fresh fruit sitting around in your fridge. If you don’t, then just get out a blender and some fresh berries! They’ll be great in your salads and other fruits and vegetables that you serve. You can even make a fruit parfait with some bananas and dates. It’s really simple but so delicious, that people won’t even be able to tell that you don’t have real fruit in your dessert.

Sort Of Combinations

There are all sorts of other combinations that you can try. Your taste buds will thank you for trying them! So will your wallet! There is no better way to stay fit and healthy than changing up your bread recipes on a regular basis.

Some of your favorite cuisines call for nuts in their recipes. For example, French bread is often made with almond or cashew butter. So try to make some yourself. You can add different flavors to it, such as cinnamon for a warm and toasty taste. Or, use the same flavors in your bread.

A great thing to try out that uses nuts in some bread recipes is to make nutty crackers. You can use nutmeg, ground cloves and/or cinnamon in the dough. Use a cookie cutter to make some beautiful and fun nutty cookies for your family and friends to enjoy. Serve them with a sliced apple to keep them fresh and nutty, too!

Some of the most popular bread machines offer several different crust options. You can opt for the traditional yeast crust or try one of the newer ones made with wheat flour. You can even choose to go the whole nine yards and use whole wheat flour in your bread machine instead of all purpose flour. If you’re into the whole grain option, look for bread machines that offer this as an option as well. The wheat bread is great for people who have celiac disease and cannot eat the normal gluten bread.

It’s fun to experiment with different bread machines to come up with your own unique recipe. Try different crust options and see what you like best. If you have not tried baking bread yet, you have almost nothing to lose!
