Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Two eggs
  • 1 ½ cup peanut butter

Instructions

  • Mix soda, flour, baking powder and also salt in a bowl.
  • Beat butter and sugar and make it fluffy. Put eggs and beat for some more minutes. Now, add peanut butter and continue beating. Beat till the mixture is completely fluffy and smooth.
  • Add flour mixture with peanut butter mixture and also mix them. Refrigerate for one hour.
  • Keep the oven to preheat at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Drop the prepared dough, one tablespoon at a time on the parchment sheet. Place them 2″ apart. Pierce the cookies with a fork and bake them for 20 minutes. Cool it and serve.

  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 24 Oreos
  • 1 tbsp. oil (coconut)
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • Whisk butter, sugars, and vanilla in a bowl. Now add almond flour and salt, fold in chocolate chips.
  • Separate Oreos and place the mixture between two oreo and make a sandwich.
  • Place some chocolate chips and also oil in a microwave for 2 minutes until it is melted. Dip half part of oreo sandwich in this melted chocolate and let it cool. Serve after some time.

Oatmeal Chocolat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • One egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • baking soda 1 tsp.
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 cup oats
  • 2 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Keep the oven to preheat at 350 F. Beat butter and sugars in a bowl until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat again.
  • Now add all the ingredients and mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Place a spoonful of dough on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
